Using our innovative QR system, our garments can be provided with a hang-tag that has a unique QR code displayed on it. This QR code can be scanned using any smart-phone, and will instantly bring up information about the specific garment. This can include information such as the location the cotton used to produce the garment was harvested from, to the energy saved during the production process. This is a revolutionary system that gives the end consumer a true insight into the life-cycle of their garment’s production, as well as a true snapshot of their carbon footprint. The process involves breaking down plastic from disposable items such as PET bottles, washing and shredding them to produce plastic chips. These chips are then melted and extruded into yarn.
